SPECIALIZED CONVEYOR DRYERS
inks, water-based inks, discharge, and DTF adhesives
These Vastex dryers excel at curing all screen printed plastisol inks, water-based inks, discharge, and DTF adhesives in low to high capacities, filling the requirements of beginning printers and high volume shops alike. Modular expandability of all floor standing dryers enables you to add heating chambers and conveyor belt sections to double, triple or quadruple
belt speeds and output. All Vastex heaters carry an industry-leading 15-year warranty, and feature closely spaced coils that provide high-density, medium-wavelength infrared heat for maximum cure speed without cold spots or under curing common with lesser designs. Precisely controlled belt speeds enable you to fine tune dwell time.
Entry level tabletop dryers with 18" (45.7 cm) wide belts (D-100) and 26" (66 cm) wide belts (D-1000) in 120 and 240V models cure up to 110 plastisol-printed garments/h, 50 garments/h screen printed with water-based ink, and DTF adhesives at high rates. Adjustable heater height/angle, heat intensity, and belt speed. Optional exhaust hood removes fumes and excess moisture from the heating chamber, improving shop environment.
Mid- to high-capacity dryers with 18" (46 cm) wide belts (LRX1) and 30 or 54 in. (76 or 137 cm) wide belts. 120V/2,000 watt single-heater models up to 240V/15,600 watt three-heater models cure 90 to 720 plastisol-printed garments/h, 45 to 240 garments/h screen printed with water-based ink, and DTF adhesives at high rates.
Slimmer profile, and 20% quieter than earlier models, these high production dryers are available with 30" and 54" (76 and 137 cm) belt widths. EconoRed III Series dryers are also offered in a 78" (198 cm) width. Each can be configured with single or double heating chambers for curing of screen printed plastisol inks, water-based inks and discharge, and/or DTF adhesives at high rates.
EconoRed II dryers can cure up to 1,200 plastisol-printed garments/hour or up to 400/hr with water-based ink or discharge.
EconoRed III models can cure up to 1,350 plastisol-printed garments/hr or up to 450/hr with water-based or discharge inks. Deluxe models include side heaters, heavy-duty drop down wheel sets and front conveyor extension.
EconoRed Series VI conveyor dryers in 30, 54 and 78 in. (76, 137, 198 cm) widths, are equipped with six infrared heaters in a single chamber for high-volume curing of plastisols, water-based inks, discharge and DTF adhesives.
all plastisol and water-based screen printing inks and discharge
These Vastex dryers are specifically engineered to cure DTG-printed digital white ink, which is the most difficult due to its high water content, and can therefore also cure all types of screen printed inks and discharge, and/or DTF adhesives, at extremely high rates. Capacities can be doubled, tripled or quadrupled by adding heating chambers and belt extensions.
Little Red "D" models and the BigRed® 4D feature a high-powered pre-heating zone that boosts ink temperatures past 300°F (149°C) within the first several inches (centimeters) of conveyor travel. This increases the dwell time that ink is exposed to optimum curing temperatures, allowing higher conveyor belt speeds.
Ultra-compact and affordable DTG capable dryers with 18" (45.7 cm) wide belts (LRX1D) and 30" (76 cm) wide belts cure 27 to 52 garments/h DTG printed with digital white ink, 81 to 180/h screen printed with water-based ink, 162 to 480/h printed with plastisol ink, and/or DTF adhesives at high rates.
These high-output dryers in 30", 54" and 78" (76, 137, and 198 cm) belt widths cure 61 to 185 DTG-printed garments/h, 185 to 555/h screen printed with water-based ink, and 360 to 1080/h printed with plastisol ink, as well as DTF adhesives at high rates. Ideal for mid- to high-volume DTG and screen printing shops.
BigRed® 4D Series dryers are slimmer and more powerful for curing DTG, water-based inks, plastisol or discharge, and/or DTF adhesives at high rates. Offered in either 30" (76 cm) or 54" (137 cm) belt widths with pre-heating booster zone, high-efficiency air flow mapping system plus four infrared heaters, these robust machines can cure up to 144 garments/h printed with digital white ink, 432/h screen printed with water-based ink and 950/h screen printed with plastisol ink.
