Improved RedFlash Has More Power For Faster Flashing

The RedFlash flash cure unit is now available with a 3,500-watt heater, which means significantly more power to make flashing faster (the standard version still comes with 2,000 watts of power).

The RedFlash has a new improved optional super heavy duty stand for a longer life which withstands the wear and tear of daily use. The new legs have a more balanced design allowing them to fit under the press and are less of a trip hazard. Heavy-duty locking casters are standard for easy mobility.

Vastex has made the RedFlash more user friendly with new improved side handles. These separate handles are now bolted to the frame on each side of the

RedFlash nearest to the operator. With this exclusive Vastex design, the operator's hands are kept away from the top of the unit where the most heat is, protecting the user from potential injury.

Unique features are what make the RedFlash stand out. The power connectors are located on the side of the heater simplifying maintenance while virtually preventing wire failure. The heater has a high concentration of wire passes making the heating surface even and preventing hot spots. This also promotes consistent curing and extended heater life.

The RedFlash head rotates 360 degrees, and it also has an integrated heat control, an

adjustable height stand, a head pitch adjustment, a low profile [only 2 3/4" (7 cm) head height], and anti-rust treatment on all of its powder coated steel construction. It carries 10-year warranty on the heating element and a three-year limited bumper-to-bumper warranty. The RedFlash is available in two sizes: 18 inch x 18 inch (45.7 cm x 45.7 cm) and 18 inch x 24 inch (45.7 cm x 61 cm). The larger flash comes only in the 3,500-watt configuration.

Other models and configurations are available. The RedFlash and economical F-100 are both upgradeable to the Vastex AutoFlash.
