New Screen Washout Booths Add Frosted Back Panels, Stand-Offs
ALLENTOWN, PA — New screen washout booths from Vastex International feature frosted back panels, screen stand-offs and added interior height as standard, it was announced by Mark Vasilantone, president.
Model VWB-3621-AC measures 36 in. (91.4 cm) wide by 21 in. (53.3 cm) deep and fits screens up to 23 x 31 in. (58.4 x 78.7 cm). Model VWB-5121-AC measures 51 in. (129.5 cm) wide by 21 in. (53.3 cm) and fits one 47 x 31 in. (119.4 x 78.7 cm) screen, or two 23 x 31 in. (60 x 80 cm) screens.
Translucent acrylic back panels permit the addition of backlighting for thorough inspection of the screen surface being reclaimed.
The height of both models has been increased by two in. (5.1 cm) to 66 in. (168 cm) to accommodate taller screens.
Constructed of stainless steel, both models are equipped with screen stand-offs that hold screens in place during wash-down, and 3 in. (7.6 cm) wide squeegee shelves.
An optional vacuum tool removes excess water from screens for quick drying.
Model VWB3621-AC is small-package shippable via UPS, DHL and other carriers.
