Pro Series LED Exposing Unit Fits Screens to 41 x 31 in. (104.1 x 78.7 cm)
ALLENTOWN, PA — A Pro Series E2-4131 LED Screen Exposing Unit from Vastex International can expose up to two (2) 20 x 24 in. (50.8 x 61.0 cm) screens, one (1) 41 x 31 in. (104.1 x 78.7 cm) screen, or one (1) 25 x 36 in. (63.5 x 91.4 cm) screen in a registration fixture.
The first Pro Series model introduced, the E2-4131 features a taller enclosure that accommodates a faster, more powerful vacuum pump for shorter cycle times, an ultra-heavy-duty hinge, reinforced lid, and seven 31 in. (78.7 cm) LED light bars that expose screens in seconds while producing high resolution detail.
"This E2-4131 is the first in our new Pro Series for medium- to high-production shops requiring fast turnaround, including shops that use registration fixtures," says Mark Vasilantone, president.
The E2-4131 comes standard with a powerful vacuum hold down with rubber neoprene blanket for tight screen-to-film contact, easy-to-set fully-automatic digital controls for consistent exposures, shatter-resistant 0.25 in. (0.63 cm) thick tempered glass and 120-volt or 240-volt power supply.
The company also offers a larger "E2-4131" LED Exposing
Unit for screens up to 47 x 31 in. (119.4 x 78.7 cm) and smaller units for screens up to 21 x 24 in. (53.3 x 61.0 cm) and 23 x 31 in. (60 x 80 cm) to suit every level of shop production.
All Vastex LED Exposing Units can be mounted on tabletops or optional Dri-Vault screen drying cabinets, and are available with stands (small units) or heavy duty legs (shown).
The Vastex LED light pack is also offered separately as a kit to retrofit existing fluorescent exposing units of most makes and models.
