Vastex Upgrades 2013 Industrial-Grade Presses
ALLENTOWN, PA — All 2013 models of V-2000HD industrial-grade screen printing presses from Vastex feature print heads that are 100 percent wrench free, allowing precise, independent head leveling, "off-contact" adjustment, and complete removal or installation of the print head in seconds. New "Repositionable Locking Levers" free the head, allowing off-contact and/or six-way leveling adjustments, and then lock the head into its new position. In addition, the lever can be lifted, repositioned and lowered/locked into the new position, to better operate in limited spaces that prevent full rotation of the lever.
The print heads also feature tool-free micro-registration; anti-backlash bearings that eliminate adjustment play; rear clamps of one-quarter inch (6.35 mm) steel; and gas spring lifters that prevent sudden breaks.
V-2000HD presses are offered in one-station-one-color tabletop models up to 10-station, 10-color floor standing models, and are expandable in increments of one-station and/or one-color. All carry an unprecedented 25-year warranty and are equipped with 3 in. (76.2 mm) square steel rotor arms and a heavy-gauge steel rotor assembly with all critical moving parts gliding on ball bearings.
