Cancellations: Up to 2 weeks prior: 75% refund or reschedule to class of equal value within one year of invoice. Any refund due will be returned in the same manner as payment was received unless transaction is beyond 30 days. In which case, a credit on account will be applied. No refunds if attendee does not show up or if not canceled two weeks prior to class. Vastex reserves the right to cancel due to low registration or scheduling conflicts with a two week notice given to attendees. Limited space available: first come, first serve. Your seat will be reserved after confirmation of space available by Vastex and your payment is made in full.
