FILM POSITIVES

Purchase ready to expose film positives from Vastex. With the exception of 2" tall numbers, one color sets contain two films, one with numbers 1-2-3-4-5 and another with numbers 6-7-8-9-0.

Two color sets contain two additional films for the number outlines or drop shadows. Film positives are sized for screens according to height of the numbers as follows:

  • Film positives for numbers up to 2 inches
    require screens that are a minimum of 23-inches deep x 31-inches wide,
    we can fit all 10 numbers on this size screen.

  • Film positives for numbers up to 4 inches
    require screens that are a minimum of 23-inches deep x 31-inches wide,
    as a standard we place both 4" and 6" onto one screen.

  • Film positives for numbers up to 6 inches
    require screens that are a minimum of 23-inches deep x 31-inches wide,
    as a standard we place both 4" and 6" onto one screen.

BLANK SCREENS

Based on number height described above, blank screens are available in three sizes: 23 x 31, 23 x 38 and 23 x 47 inches. Note that all screens use 81 TPI white mesh as standard, with other mesh counts available.
 
 

NUMBERING SCREENS

Ready-to-use numbering screens are available according to number height described above, in three sizes: 23 x 31, 23 x 38 and 23 x 47 inches.
 
 

Squeegee Rest Bar

SQUEEGEE REST BARS

These convenient rests are clamped to screen rails at any point. Available in three lengths to fit the following screen widths: 31", 38" and 47" (787, 965 and 1194 mm).
