New 24 screen DriVault to Double Your Screen Producing Output
The new Dri-Vault Screen Drying Cabinet, VDC 2536-24, ensures that screens dry in a controlled environment, free of dust and lint. This new, larger version of the company's existing eight-screen unit will hold up to 24 screens measuring 15.5 inches (39.37cm) to 25 inches (63.5cm) wide by 36 inches (91.4cm) long meeting the needs of many medium- to large-size printers.
Using a digital temperature controller and an industrial-grade stainless steel finned heater, the cabinet dries screens as quickly,
consistently, and cleanly as possible. The operator can choose air only or heat and air for faster drying. The filtered air intake prevents dust and dirt from getting in. The pressurized airflow system keeps screens safe from contaminants even if a leak or damage to the door seal occurs.
The unit's shelves are uniquely angled to make it easy to slide screens in and out but making it impossible for a screen's image to touch a shelf. The shelves also are removable so they can be adjusted to any size screen or
easily removed for cleaning. The heavy-duty double wall is light tight, and the adjustable sealed door has magnetic latches.
The 24-screen Dri-Vault Screen Drying Cabinet comes with a three-year limited warranty and heavy-duty locking casters. Available as an option are stainless steel shelves. The electrical requirements are 240 VAC 50/60 Hz and a 15-amp power draw. A 20-amp Nema 6-20P plug is standard but international styles are available upon request.
