Dalesway Distributes Vastex Screen Printing Equipment in UK
NORTH YORKSHIRE, UK — Dalesway Print Technology, a leading distributor of equipment and supplies for printing on garments, promotional items and signage, was named UK's exclusive authorised distributor of Vastex screen printing equipment, it was announced by Mark Vasilantone, president, Vastex International, Inc.
Dalesway handles the full range of Vastex equipment including manual screen printing presses in 1-, 2-, 4-, 6-, 8- and 10-colours, infrared conveyor dryers, flash cure units, screen exposing and drying units, screen registration systems and utility equipment.
The line is on display at the distributor's North Yorkshire headquarters for demonstrations and training.
In business since 1995, Dalesway converted exclusively
to the Vastex line in 2011 as its top-level offering in manual screen printing equipment. "The durability of the equipment is backed by 25-year warranties for all V-2000HD presses and 15 years for all infrared conveyor dryers, which is unique in the industry," says Andrew Stocking, who manages the company along with wife and partner, Zuzette Stocking.
"In addition to an unusually broad model range, printers and dryers are modular, allowing the user to purchase only what is currently required, and to expand capabilities as business grows," he explains. "For example, a customer can expand a one-station/one-colour tabletop press to a 4-colour/4-station press, or a 4-station/4-colour floor standing press to a 10-station/10-colour press, or any number of configurations in between," he adds.
In addition to stand-alone equipment, shop packages are offered that enable customers to operate a small screen printing business in a restricted residential space, to a commercial facility producing thousands of screen printed garments, signs or other items per day.
Sold throughout the UK since 1970, the Vastex line has expanded to satisfy cost-conscious smaller shops as well as high-volume commercial users, which has given Dalesway a competitive advantage.
